CANCELLATION POLICY

•A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a 50% fee. No-shows will incur a charge of 100% of the service cost. Persistent late cancellations or no-shows may result in the requirement of a deposit for future bookings. •Clients who arrive more than 5 minutes late may not be able to receive their scheduled service due to time constraints. In such cases, the appointment may be considered a late cancellation, and a late cancellation fee will be applied. We will do everything in our power to complete all services booked with the time we have left. •Clients are responsible for booking the correct service when scheduling their appointment. If a service is booked incorrectly, adjustments may need to be made at the time of the appointment. Please note that an additional charge may be applied to reflect the price of the correct service. Feel free to reach out for any questions regarding which service is right for you! •Clients choosing to pay with cash must provide the exact payment amount at the time of service. Please note that we are unable to provide change for cash transactions. If exact change is not available, an alternative payment method may be required. Venmo, Zelle, and credit cards are also accepted.
